With the corresponding issuance of the "14th Five-Year Plan on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" by local people's government, renewable energy has been vigorously developed. Technological research and pilot projects for the development and utilization of bioenergy such as large-scale biogas, bio-natural gas, biomass molded fuel, and bio-power generation are encouraged. The potential supply of  bioenergy is further explored.
